ConvyGo is for conveyancers regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC): solicitors, licensed conveyancers and the firms they work for. We check your regulatory status before your account can quote for work.
Create a free conveyancer account, verify your email address, then complete the verification form in your account with your regulatory details and supporting documents. Our team reviews each application and emails you the outcome.
We review applications by hand, so it is not instant. We email you as soon as a decision is made, and we will contact you if we need anything else. If you have not heard from us, please get in touch.
You can set up your account and browse enquiries. Client details are hidden, and you cannot send quotes until your verification is approved.
Registering, browsing enquiries and sending quotes is free. There is no subscription and no commission on your fees. You only pay a flat platform fee when a client chooses you (see Platform fee below).
Open Browse Jobs in your dashboard. You can filter by type of transaction (purchase, sale, remortgage, or sale and purchase), search, narrow by price, property type, tenure and funding, and save enquiries to come back to. Each enquiry also shows a range for how many quotes it has already received, so you can see how competitive it is.
Verified conveyancers see the property and transaction details the client entered, such as property type, price, tenure and funding. The client’s contact details stay hidden until they accept your quote and you have paid the platform fee.
Open the enquiry and choose Send a quote. Enter your fixed fee and add a breakdown, your timescales or a note for the client. Please check it carefully before sending: a quote cannot be edited once it has been submitted.
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the moment you submit them. The clock does not restart if the enquiry is reopened, and a quote expires automatically after 7 days.
There is one flat fee of £50 per job. You pay it only when a client selects your quote: you have 24 hours to pay from your dashboard to confirm the job. Once it is paid, your Project Room opens and the client’s contact details are revealed. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; see our Terms of Service.
The enquiry reopens for the client. Your quote for that job is declined and will not be offered again, so the client cannot repeat the same cycle. Their other quotes that are still valid come back to them.
Fees are generally non-refundable, as set out in our Terms of Service. If a job is cancelled after you have paid, for example because the client cancels or the transaction falls through, our team reviews the case and decides on any refund. Contact us if that happens.
No. You set your own price and keep your full fee. The flat platform fee is the only charge.
Your quote moves to Fee due. Once you have paid, the job becomes active: you and the client get a Project Room with secure chat, file sharing and an activity log, and the client’s contact details are revealed.
Use Deliver Work in the Project Room to send your message and files to the client. They have 2 days to review it and can approve it or request a revision. They receive a reminder after 24 hours, and if they do not respond the work is approved automatically after 2 days.
They can request up to three revisions, each with feedback on what needs to change. You redeliver from the Project Room. After the third round our team reviews the job instead of looping again.
Once a job is completed, the client can rate you on overall experience, communication, professionalism, value and speed, and leave a written comment. Reviews appear on your profile.
Either side can flag it from the Project Room. Our team reviews each case, closes the job appropriately, and looks at any platform fee refund. We notify you both of the outcome.
Yes. If you withdraw before paying, the enquiry simply reopens to the client. If you withdraw after paying, tell us why and our team reviews the job and any refund. Please withdraw as early as you can so the client can find another conveyancer.
You are. ConvyGo is an introducer, not a law firm, and is not a party to the agreement between you and the client. You remain responsible for your professional conduct, for complying with your regulator’s rules, and for the quality of your work. See our Terms of Service.
